General terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Includio (Tagore NV).
By placing an order, you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment terms. Includio reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment terms after the expiration of the term.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms and conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by Includio.
Safe payment
For secure online payments Includio cooperates with the well-known company Mollie. As an international company in the field of online payments for e-commerce, Mollie guarantees you a 100% secure processing.
Whether you choose Bancontact, Visa or any other method, the transaction always takes place through a site secured with several firewalls directly between Mollie and the buyer. Neither Includio nor third parties get to see your card number or other information. Mollie verifies the validity of your card, card number and access rights and notifies Includio when everything is in order and the payment will be executed.
This will immediately confirm your order and proceed with shipping the order.
You can easily pay with:

If you wish to pay by manual transfer, this is also possible, but this slows down the process of order confirmation and shipment.
Delivery and delivery time
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Delivery of the products is made to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
Under the rules of distance selling, Includio will execute orders at least within 30 days. If this is not possible, you will be informed within 14 days of placing your order and you have the right to cancel the order without cost.
Includio is not liable if the delivery deadline is exceeded due to the carrier’s actions, nor in case of loss of the products or strike. The buyer is aware of transport risks and must address related questions to the carrier.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT.
Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures or manufacturer price changes make this necessary.
All prices on the site are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors.
Offer
If you have specific questions about dimensions, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, please contact Includio in advance.
Online orders may be refused if the product has already been sold prior to online payment. You will be notified by email.
Trial period / right of withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days to renounce your purchase.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and not specially ordered. Opened packaging voids the right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to business customers or custom-made products.
Steps to return:
– Email hello@includio.com with your return request and reason
– You will receive return instructions
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
– Upon receipt and approval, Includio will send confirmation and issue a credit valid for 1 year
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged only if packaging is intact and the item was not custom-made.
Exchange process:

– Receive return instructions
– Return costs are borne by the customer
– Upon approval, the replacement product will be shipped if in stock
Wrong or damaged items
Wrong item: notify Includio within 2 days of receipt via hello@includio.com
Damaged item: notify within 2 days with a clear description and photos
Includio reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by Includio or the supplier.

Data management
If you place an order with Includio, your details will be included in our customer database. Includio complies with personal data protection legislation and will not share data with third parties.
Mailings always include an option to unsubscribe.
Warranty and conformity
Consumers are entitled to a legal warranty of two years from the delivery date.
In case of defects, the buyer must contact Includio first and return the product with proof of purchase at their own expense.
Offers
Offers are without obligation unless otherwise stated. Includio may revoke or modify an offer within 3 business days after acceptance.
Verbal commitments are only binding once confirmed in writing.
Images and specifications
All images, drawings, dimensions and colors are indicative only and cannot lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
Force majeure
Includio is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure, including supplier delays, transport issues, internet or power outages, strikes, government measures, or illness of personnel.
In such cases, Includio may suspend or terminate the agreement without compensation.
Liability
Includio is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products. Always follow instructions provided.
Retention of title
Ownership of delivered goods remains with Includio until full payment has been received.
Applicable law / jurisdiction
Any disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Ghent.
Both parties accept electronic communication as legal evidence.
